Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and being open source, we cannot provide any refunds for the product. Please note this while making the purchase. However we stand by all our products and if we cannot make it work for you, we will gladly issue a refund.

In the case where you are installing the product yourself, in the event that the product does not work for any reason, we will require FTP access to the installation directory of the product on your server and access to the MySQL database. Once we get the required access, we will fix the problem with the product as soon as we can. However, we cannot fix the problem without getting the required access to your server and thus if not given the opportunity to fix the problem, we cannot issue a refund for the product.
