Property Type

To create/specify the types of property either as main categories or as sub category. For example: We could define Multi-Family as one of the Main property type and could include Duplex/Triplex, Mobile Home etc... as its Sub types. This Property Types is used for both Rent and Sale purpose. We could Add/Edit/Delete main and sub property type. Note the system will not allow deleting a property type if it has any property listing of it.

Property Features

This would be the master entering form for defining any type of features that would be associated with any type of property. We have to specify its name, its display type (checkbox or text box) and type (unit or community). For example Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Area Size, No. of Rooms, Year built, Carpet flooring etc…. We could Add/Edit/Delete/Activate/Deactivate the features.

This Section will allow the admin to assign the features that are there with a particular Property type. For example: For Property type Duplex/Triplex we can assign Lot size, Area Size, Rooms, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Balcony, Dishwasher, Tennis court etc… as its features associate with it. We could edit the features assign to a property type at any period of time.
